  • Here we want to see the person behind the application! Grades are important, but things can sometimes go wrong and are therefore of secondary importance to us.
  • Tell us what makes you special, what goals you are pursuing, what training you have completed, what projects you have worked on so far (attention students: your activities during your studies, e.g. as a working student and intern, are very important) and what skills you bring to the table.
  • Are you fully involved in your work and don't have time for a beautifully designed application? That's not a knock-out criterion for us! Just write a few lines in the email so that we can get a picture of you and send what you have to hand. A project list, links to community platforms where you are active (GitHub, Stack Overflow etc.).
  • Please do not forget your desired salary and possible start date.

Your two digital welcome days are filled with exciting topics and, depending on your level, you will be accompanied by your sponsor or mentor.

Even when they founded the company in 1995, Andreas and Michael knew that they never wanted to run and work in a traditional, hierarchical company.
