What I particularly like about my work
The introduction of our responsive organization and our strategic decision to turn the SAP area from a sideshow into the core of our strategic orientation has given us a real boost in the last 1-2 years.
We have achieved SAP Gold Partner status almost from a standing start. We have been able to attract new customers and many new colleagues (especially the right ones!). Working together on projects, but also on objective partners, creates a great team feeling. Even though we work almost exclusively remotely! I'm thrilled with how well it's all working at the moment!
The responsive organization makes it possible for colleagues to grow beyond their actual professional role, in line with their strengths, and to contribute to the work at objective partner. objective partner is constantly evolving. This gives everyone the space to develop personally. Where other companies complain, we tackle things and improve them. That's exactly how it should be! I am convinced that we are on the right track.
