What I particularly like about my work
For our customers, I act as an interface between the clients and the developers. This gives me direct insight into strategies and processes, but I also provide support in finding and implementing technical solutions. Here and there I even have a look at the code. I therefore see the success and satisfaction of our customers as my responsibility.
