I am most enthusiastic about successfully completing projects for both objective partners and our customers. I particularly appreciate the challenge of quickly familiarizing myself with new projects and requirements and always finding optimal solutions.
I am also fascinated by topics such as OKRs, leadership coaching and the role of a mentor. I enjoy learning from others and being inspired by new perspectives.
