My professional focus
With over 20 years of experience in software development, especially in the Java Enterprise environment, I have worked in various roles from developer to manager. I am an advocate of agile ways of working and always strive to create fast and sustainable value for our customers. Currently, my focus is mainly on product development and project organization.
What I particularly like about my work
At objective partner, I work on exciting and forward-looking topics relating to artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0. I particularly appreciate the direct exchange with our customers, who honestly describe their challenges to us and place their trust in us to find solutions together. This collaboration is a valuable source of inspiration and drives us to give our best.
In my role as Circle Lead, it is important to me to drive our project and product developments forward in a structured and smooth manner. At the same time, as Project Manager and Product Owner, I enjoy actively shaping the development of our AI platform "Operaide" together with our dedicated team. I also support my colleagues as a coach, especially with questions about organization, project management and agile working methods. This variety of tasks and the opportunity to implement innovative projects with a great team is what makes my work so special.
