At SPS 2024 in Nuremberg, objective partner AG is presenting an innovative solution for audit-proof data management that supports the Digital Product Passport and many other areas of application. In collaboration with the HTW Berlin and the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences, OP has succeeded in storing data and information from machines and systems in standardized administration shells in an audit-proof and future-proof manner.
The core of the solution is the use of blockchain technology within the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), combined with strong pseudonymization techniques. This GDPR-compliant technology enables permanent and transparent management of information across the entire product life cycle and along complex supply chains.
The BaSyx Enterprise software solution from objective partner makes all transactions in the administration shell traceable and transparent. This not only enables companies to meet the requirements of the Digital Product Passport, but also to securely implement other applications such as the documentation of maintenance histories or the fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
