Through a structured 360-degree analysis and creative brainstorming, we ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved and that the project goals are clearly defined. By creating prototypes and then testing them, we optimize your solution to user requirements and ensure that the project is successful right from the start.

The Design Thinking Workshop guides the team step-by-step through a creative and structured process aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the problem to be solved and developing user-centered solutions. Over the course of the workshop, participants are guided through various phases that allow them to generate innovative ideas, develop prototypes and test them with users. Each phase of the workshop is designed to achieve well-founded results that can be directly incorporated into the project.

At the end of the workshop, tangible outputs are produced, including detailed user groups with associated personas, a clear problem definition, initial low-fidelity prototypes and valuable test evidence. These help to significantly increase the project's probability of success and increase acceptance among both stakeholders and the employees involved.

Innovation arises where different perspectives meet and solutions are developed together. Design thinking creates the space in which ideas can grow.

Further information

The workshop is flexible and can last between one and three days, depending on your requirements and the scope of the project. This time span allows your team to go through the various phases of design thinking - from problem definition to prototyping and testing - in depth.

The workshop is designed for groups of at least 8 to a maximum of 20 participants. This group size ensures a balanced mix of productive teamwork in smaller groups and effective exchange in plenary sessions.

The workshop can be held either in our specially equipped creative space in Weinheim or directly on your premises. Our creative space offers over 1,000 square meters of versatile work islands for small groups and spacious areas for joint discussion and presentation of results.

If the workshop takes place at your location, you will need a meeting or conference room with a flexible table arrangement and sufficient space for up to 20 people. Pinboards or whiteboards are also an advantage. Our speaker will bring all other materials required for the workshop.

The workshop will be led by Thomas Weis, an experienced project manager with extensive expertise at the interface between business and IT. His many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of design thinking make him the ideal moderator. He developed this workshop himself and has already successfully conducted it at a global level in one of Europe's largest software companies.
