The world of work is constantly changing. New trends, whether economic or social, are revolutionizing our everyday working lives and creating diversity within companies. Globalization and internationalization have made it possible for us to decide freely where in the world we want to live and work.
Our employees also come to us from all over the world. Be it Albania, Brazil, China, Denmark or Germany - just to start with the first four letters of our alphabet. Thanks to the diversity of different contexts, approaches and perspectives, our employees complement each other and form efficient and mutually supportive intercultural teams.
An insight into our office quickly reveals what we mean by teamwork.
In short: with us, you're never alone. Admittedly, this is also difficult in open-plan offices, but first and foremost it creates a good exchange among each other. Simply open and informal! The family atmosphere here is infectious. As soon as you step into our office, you can hear colleagues discussing the results of yesterday's work over a coffee, developing new ideas together in our creative corners or helping each other solve problems.
Together - that is the central point. Through approaches such as our mentoring program, language courses and after-work offers, we make it easier for new employees to get started and grow together. The diversity of our employees allows us to see ideas from new perspectives and solutions from new backgrounds. This benefits both our performance and the way we work together.
Cohesion, teamwork, creativity and individuality - these are the keys to our success. That is why we would like to share with you what working and diversITy at objective partner means.
For objective partner, every employee counts: their ideas, their commitment and their skills.
But what counts for our employees?
We asked our intercultural team what motivated them to become part of objective partner:

Leaving the country where you spent your childhood and youth - where you grew up, where you have friends and family - to move to a foreign country is never an easy decision. But today I can say that arriving here and settling in with objective partner was much easier than I ever thought it would be. The intensive German course offered by the company made a significant contribution to me quickly feeling confident not only within the company, but also in everyday life. On the professional side, I work with the latest technologies here. I had never heard of some of them before. But thanks to my colleagues, motivation and great will to move forward, I came to the conclusion that nothing is impossible.

Working in Europe has always been one of my career goals. Because here I have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and an intercultural team. From the very first contact, objective partner supported me in everything I needed to achieve my goal of working in Europe. I received help with my visa application, assistance with dealing with the authorities and applying for my work and residence permit. I think more people should be open to such a challenge and not be afraid to develop themselves, even if it means crossing the Atlantic.

I was looking for a job as a consultant where I could start my career as a Java developer when I came across objective partner. After reading the job offer, many colleagues said that I should take advantage of this opportunity. Now I know that I made the right decision. Now I'm already on a project where I'm responsible for programming, with the support of several senior developers - and it's only been a week since I started here. I have the feeling that objective partner will enable and give me much more than I ever expected.

For us, Germany is a country that many dream of. I managed to make this dream come true through objective partner. I had a positive feeling from the very first interview. When I finally arrived in Germany, I felt right at home. objective partner helped me find an apartment and settle in well to my job and my team. The atmosphere within the team is also very good. There is a lot of initiative and innovative impetus.
Individuality and diversity
"For us, it's all about people. Their ideas, their commitment and, of course, their passion for IT" - the decisive attitude that leads to the individuality and diversity of employees in the company representing the greatest added value.
objective partner AG has been in existence since 1994, so it is anything but a start-up. However, a closer look reveals many similarities: The founders Andreas Bader and Michael Thron still live the characteristics of a young company as part of their corporate culture.
An agile mindset, ...
... personal responsibility and working in changing, cross-functional teams come to mind first - but this is not the top priority for the two founders. For them, the focus is on the people in their company. "No matter how you look at it: Only through individuality, different approaches and perspectives can we achieve top results for everyone involved, i.e. for the customer and also for us at objective partner," says Michael Thron.
It only works in combination
Like two components that fit together, individuality and diversity give each other the necessary stability. Sounds quite simple really. But how has this interaction been promoted and even improved over 25 years? One magic word for this is "mentoring program": new colleagues are supported by experienced mentors who also ensure that the individual skills of each person are promoted. However, the image that arises from the term "mentor" is one-sided and therefore incomplete. After all, we only promote individuality and diversity by learning with and from each other. Everyone in the company should contribute their strengths, ideas and views to the team. Whether young or old, developer or sales employee, boss or colleague - we accept each other and create added value from this.
"Of course objective partner is interested in combining the best possible expertise within the company," says Thron. "But we always remember that people are the driving force behind it. Tolerance, openness and respectful cooperation - that's what individuality and diversity are all about!"
