Competition conditions
1st organizer
The competition is organized by objective partner AG, Bergstr. 45/1, 69469 Weinheim (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").
2. eligibility to participate
- Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
- Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. participation
Only one entry per person is possible. Multiple entries will not be considered.
4. participation period
The competition ends on 23.08.2024 at 23:59. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
5. profits
- The following prizes will be raffled off: Three Amazon vouchers with a value of €50 each.
- The winners will be selected at random and notified by telephone or e-mail.
6. notification and transmission of winnings
- The winners will be notified within 14 days of the end of the entry period.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the prize will be awarded to another participant.
7. data protection
- By participating in the competition, participants agree that their personal data may be processed and used for the purposes of the competition and for further marketing purposes of the organizer.
- The data will not be passed on to third parties.
- Participants can revoke their consent to the use of their personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to info@objective-partner.com.
8. liability
- The organizer is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or viruses.
- The organizer is only liable for damages caused by him or one of his vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations.
9. other
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
- Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
- By taking part in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
