Between the active days, there are consolidation phases to analyze the results and clarify open questions. The aim is to define the IT strategy within a maximum of 4 weeks, including the final presentation. The momentum created after the first workshop day generates a continuous flow that enables the strategy to be worked on dynamically and with an open mind.
