objective partner and West Trax create necessary insights and perspectives for the SAP S/4HANA transformation with the new release of the West Trax KPI Analyzer

An SAP S/4HANA transformation is much more than just the introduction of a new software release. Companies are constantly exposed to today's rapid market changes due to digitalization, changes to business models, a focus on services, IoT, Industry 4.0 and much more. To counter and actively manage these changes, SAP is providing its customers with SAP S/4HANA, a tool designed to enable innovation and the path to becoming an intelligent digital company.

However, the transformation to SAP S/4HANA poses major question marks for many companies. What are the benefits? How can the investment be secured? When do you start the transformation - now or in 2027? What can be done in advance, keyword housekeeping? What will change and where can standards be used in the future? And what do you need to consider today in order to be prepared for the future?

It is clear that many companies lack the necessary transparency in their SAP systems. Efforts, costs and new starting points can therefore hardly be clearly estimated. The actual benefits of consolidating and streamlining the IT system therefore often remain secondary. The SAP S/4HANA transformation creates completely new opportunities for companies to generate business. Be it through digitalized processes or innovative solutions.

Therefore, the first step requires transparency and the drafting of a clear roadmap in order to be able to act appropriately with regard to one's own challenges. A process that is otherwise characterized by lengthy workshops and consulting services. West Trax and objective partner have tackled this problem together. With the second release of the KPI Analyzer they have created an even faster, automated analysis of the maturity level of SAP ERP or BW systems, for example. The KPI Analyzer analyses allow precise and comparable statements to be made not within months, but within just one day. The ideal starting point for the immediate implementation of new business models.

Fast, high-performance and scalable: New release of the KPI Analyzer

The new release of the West Trax KPI Analyzer goes live on March 20. The application, implemented by objective partner on behalf of West Trax, now provides customers with a high-performance and scalable analysis of their digital core. It includes, for example, analyses of the maturity level, the degree of standardization and in-house developments as well as industry benchmarks. It also offers comprehensive data insight into productivity, performance, costs and quality. This allows quick wins to be identified more quickly via usage and access data. "With KPI Analyzer 2, our customers can not only accelerate SAP S/4HANA projects, but also continue to carry out analyses in the areas of cost reduction, re-standardization, consolidation, carve-out, modernization, outsourcing, M&A and monitoring," says Diana Bohr, CTO and co-founder of West Trax. "Here too, all the key facts and details are available for further use within one day."

In addition to the new look and feel, Release 2 also offers a significant increase in usability and will be multi-cloud capable in future. This ensures needs-based deployment, whether on-premise or on a HyperScaler of choice. Existing concerns regarding data protection or data security can be resolved by on-site analysis in the private cloud. This is access that the two partners do not want to deny their customers, despite their focus on SAP technologies.

Focus on innovation: Next Steps

The new release clearly shows that the cooperation is focusing on innovation and continuous further development of the solution. "There is always potential for optimization! But instead of just recognizing it, we want to use it together in the future to realize the perfect digital entry into innovative business cases for our customers," says Michael Thron, CEO of objective partner AG. The two partners agree on the direction of travel. They want to further expand their unique combination of expertise in order to create complete transparency of the digital core and perfect data-based solutions for their customers. To this end, they have already announced the further expansion of analysis and customer self-service.
