Sustainability

The Perfect Fit with innovations and creative ideas at objective partner also creates the perfect fit with innovations and creative ideas: energetically sustainable! For example, it is frosty under the floor of the company parking lot - based on the principle of an "ice tank" principle, a 266,000 liter rainwater cistern produces the energy for heating the building in winter and cools the rooms in summer. IT completely different - green!

With job bike, train ticket and e-company cars, we strive for a sustainable mobility concept for our employees. Our goal: 0% CO2 emissions.

  • With digital onboarding, Datev, e-business cards and the move to a completely digital working environment, paper is now just a superfluous factor in our everyday office life.
  • We have declared war on plastic. There are now only glass bottles in the office and a soda stream is available for those who prefer fizzy drinks.
  • Bees and insects are gradually losing their habitat in Germany. To give something back to these vital animals, we have set up two bee and insect hotels at our headquarters in Weinheim, which were made in the local Caritas workshop.
  • We have been working remotely, especially since the start of the pandemic. And our success proves us right: virtual collaboration can work - both internally and with our customers and partners.
  • We also make sure to give our employees sustainable products as gifts for anniversaries, weddings, etc.

We are a member of the "Blühende Bergstraße" association because we also want to keep our nature and landscape green for the generations to come. Protecting biodiversity, preserving trees, protecting our bees and creating children's hiking trails are just a few of the great activities that we continually support. The aim of the association is to preserve and develop the land both as a recreational landscape and as a valuable area for nature conservation. Fallow land is managed and planted in a landscape-friendly manner, landscape conservation measures are implemented and the fruit population is restored through many individual projects. If you want to be successful, you need different views, opinions, experiences and skills. This is the only way we can initiate active change.

Diversity & inclusion

Studies have shown that diversity and equality are among the most important innovation factors.
For us, diversity includes not only gender, age, origin, nationality, religion, disability, sexual identity and orientation, but also professional diversity.
This is because teams whose members bring expertise from different disciplines often work more creatively and innovatively. For us, diversity is therefore reflected in the roles filled with a wide range of experiences, perspectives, knowledge, skills and abilities. In order to ensure the best possible cooperation, we live openness and tolerance.
Internal surveys have shown how important these issues are. We have therefore created an additional service in our responsive organization: in future, the existing role of the confidant will also act as a mediator in cases of intolerance, bullying, racism and issues relating to diversity.
We want to continue to live an inclusive, appreciative work culture in which all employees feel safe.

We see the human beingen with all its facets as an independent individual. Equality and inclusion are therefore not question marks, but motivate us for our employeesto always do our best for our employees. The topic of accessibility is still in its infancy, but we are striving to do justice to all people, especially in the digitalized world. to do justice to all people.

Everyone should have the right to be authentic - to be who they are and not have to pretend just because others expect them to be. A study by Accenture shows that even in the most progressive countries in the world, only around 40 percent of the 28,000 LGBT*IQ employees surveyed are open about their sexual orientation in the workplace - a quote from the study: "This suggests that they don't feel they can be themselves. We also want to break down barriers in this important area and support all people to be and live authentically - regardless of their sexual orientation or gender. For us, the focus is on people with all their qualities and facets.
